Steve has been with the company for over 35 years, with the last 20 years as president and CEO. By taking the company into organic manufacturing (1980s)and moving from the Chelten House brand to mostly private label production for all retailers the company has grown over 8 times its size in the last 10 years. Steve has overseen the building of both factories, its expansions as well as the investment in the state of the art process rooms that give Chelten house a distinct advantage. Steve had a vision for being the leader in culinary products and starting hiring chefs 15 years ago to create the most authentic products in the marketplace. He has been a 15 year board member of the association of dressings/sauces and 2 time chairman. He was also the 2013 ernst and young entrepreneur of the year in the Philadelphia region.
