Stringent quality control standards, tailored to each client's specific requirements, guarantee the highest quality products.
Processing
Chelten House's plant features the Wonderware Factory Suite Software, a cutting-edge food processing system. Fully automated batch technology controls each step of the process including temperature, cook time, mixing and ingredient addition. This system assures ongoing product consistency, offers great flexibility and allows product ingredients to retain their identity. Using smaller kettles, Chelten House duplicates kitchen formulations into high-quality, more flavorful products.
Packaging Capabilities
Our production line machinery adapts to a variety of types and sizes of containers and closures. Seal machines secure tamper-proof protection. Diverse styles of paper or pressure-sensitive labels can also be accommodated. Round bottles can carry full, three-quarter wrap or spot labels. Salad dressing bottles are adorned with front and back spot labels. Coding to any specification can be clearly displayed on every item and boxes can be coded on two sides.
Warehouse & Shipping
Chelten House warehouses products and ships merchandise internationally. From our headquarters in New Jersey, just 15 miles south of Philadelphia, the company has convenient access to major highway, rail and water systems for domestic and overseas shipping.
